Basic Anatomy: The Pygmy Mouse Lemur one of the smallest primates in the world. It's head and body are less than 2.5 inches (six centimeters) long, though its tail is more than twice that length. It has long boney fingers for grabbing and clinging on to things, also it has bat like ears to aid its hearing.

Behavior: Mouse lemurs are nocturnal foragers. meaning they hunt at night. During the day, they meet at a common nest site to sleep. Males sleep in separate pairs and females sleep in groups of up to fifteen. Females are dominant.
